木粉掺量对发泡氯氧镁水泥性能的影响

    摘要:通过加入不同量的双氧水制备不同密度等级的发泡水泥,研究木粉掺量对发泡水泥抗压强度、导热系数的影响,并探究孔径与性能的关系。结果表明:在试验掺量范围内,随木粉掺量增加,发泡水泥泡孔的平均孔径减小;掺3%木粉时,发泡水泥平均孔径在1~2 mm,且泡孔分布最均匀,几种密度等级的发泡水泥抗压强度均最高;导热系数随木粉掺量的增加而逐渐减小,双氧水掺量3.5%、木粉掺量8%时,导热系数为0.100 W/(m·K),相比于对照组减小了29%。

Effect of wood powder addition on properties of foamed magnesium oxychloridecement

    Abstract:Different grades of foamed cement were prepared by adding different amounts of hydrogen peroxide. The effect of wood powder addition on the compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the foamed concrete was studied and the relationship between pore size and performance was explored. The results show that as the amount of wood powder increases,the average pore diameter of the foamed concrete becomes smaller. Adding 3% wood powder,the average pore diameter of foam cement is between 1~2 mm and the cell distribution is the most uniform,and the compressive strength of foamed cement of several density grades is the largest. The thermal conductivity decreases with the increase of the amount of wood powder. When the hydrogen peroxide is mixed with 3.5% and the wood powder is added with 8%,the thermal conductivity is 0.100 W/(m·K),which is 29% lower than that of the control group.
