钢渣-矿渣泡沫混凝土气孔结构与抗压强度的关系

    摘要:利用MATLAB图像处理技术对钢渣-矿渣泡沫混凝土表面照片进行气孔结构特征分析,对试件的孔隙率、气孔孔径、气孔形状进行计算与统计,定义了孔结构综合因子来表征泡沫混凝土的气孔结构,并将其与抗压强度进行关联。结果表明:钢渣-矿渣泡沫混凝土孔结构综合因子与抗压强度存在良好的相关性,且满足f/f0=0.9452e-1.419x+0.01523x+0.07249公式。该研究可以应用于钢渣-矿渣泡沫混凝土的抗压强度检测,为钢渣-矿渣泡沫混凝土的推广应用提供理论参考。

Relationship between pore structure and compressive strength of steel slag-slag foam concrete

    Abstract:Uses MATLAB image processing technology to analyze the pore structure of steel slag-slag foam concrete surface photo. Through the calculation and statistics of the porosity of the test piece,pore diameter and pore shape,the pore structure comprehensive factor was defined to characterize the pore structure of foam concrete,and correlate it with the compressive strength. The research shows that the comprehensive factor of the pore structure of steel slag-slag foam concrete has a good correlation with the compressive strength and satisfies the formula f/f0=0.9452e-1.419x+0.01523x+0.07249. The research can be applied to the compressive strength testing of steel slag-slag foam concrete,which provides a theoretical basis for the popularization and application of steel slag-slag foam concrete.
